• The online shop is operated by Kimmel Museum Betriebs AG.

Prices   

• The prices in the shop are shown in CHF. You can choose from different shipping methods, the additional costs will be displayed. From an order value of 50.- economy shipping is free, from 100.- priority shipping is free (in Switzerland).

Payment  

• You can pay conveniently with us by credit card.

• When picking up the items at the Museum Bauernhof in Goldau, cash payment is also possible.

Shipping 

• The dispatch takes place usually 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.

• If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.

• Your items will be sent via Swiss Post. You choose the shipping method during checkout. When delivering abroad, postage depends on the respective region.

Order cancellation 

• Cancellation is possible in exceptional cases and only before the ordered items have been dispatched.

Return​​

• It is not possible to send the goods back. However, you have the opportunity to examine the items in our museum shop in Goldau before buying them.

Defects / exchanges

• As the buyer, you are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects to us in writing within 5 days. Exchange / return is only possible in the event of defects, incorrect delivery or defective items.

• As the buyer, you will be responsible for the postage for any returns.
